Automated call, annoying, rings out then cuts off when answered. Feel sorry for old folks struggling to get up to go and answer their phone only for this to happen to them, time after time. Waste of time.
Wouldn t provide a company name, The voice mail service doesn t appear to have a company name. This Survey company is very suspect in my opinion. I suspect they are attempting to collect data but any purpose but are rude in doing so without clear procedure or any accountability. If this is an unsolicited call I would advise against giving any details.
I started my claim in October 2015, and to this date have received nothing. They are a nightmare to get hold off and don t have a clue about customer service. I m now struggling to get my ?500 back!!
