Continual pestering calls, then phone goes down, when you answer. Advising them that any further calls they make I will charge to receive them, then issue court summons for payment. There is precedent for this, some guy won several hundreds in court last year.

I did this and all I had to do was type in my phone number followed by hash key. Who wants to talk to someone from Keighley anyway?
