No one spoke when I answered
Automated voicemail message which rang twice and kept saying a US tax officer was investigating me and asked to call back - very clearly a fake call, and no one picked up on calling back to investigate them.
Call from what sounded like Indian call centre. Said it was EE. Couldn’t understand word he was reciting from obvious script. I hung up.
Keeps phoneing me 2-3 times a day when I pick up caller puts it down

This caller is using a computer messaginbg system to get PPI responses.
This number has called my mobile every day between 1200 and 1300hrs for the last 3 days. When answered the line goes dead. SUSPICIOUS?
I get calls from this number and others very similar with only the last three numbers different every 2-3 days, all from a PPI company. I keep blocking but they keep phoning from slightly different numbers! Driving me insane.
Usual BT scam "there is a fault/unusual activity on your broadband which will be cut off unless .."
