Definitely a scam call. These calls use spoofed numbers, originate outside the UK and are untraceable. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION to a caller. NEVER RETURN A CALL and NEVER ...
This phone number (01202403707) is from a representative (called Chris) of HomeLogic, a company that sells and installs LogicFoam loft insulation. It is quite safe and is not a scam. It's a cold call that tries to persuade you to install this type of loft insulation i.e. spray foam. The caller said that it's part of a Government initiative to supply every home in Britain with this type of insulation. However, I don't believe this - I suspect that this is just salesman's patter.
