Was called twice today from this number. Neither time was a message left when the call went to voicemail. In view of other reports here have barred the number.

This number called with message about "every house needs to be done by 2016" plus "we are in your area" last week - some solar panel scam. Didn t answer - the message is recorded on my answerphone. Same message from 01316483485 yesterday - same result. This lot have probably rented fake numbers from a major phone company which offers them on its web site. Some firms offer call centres numbers which give the person called the idea that it is a local call.
Calls repeatedly in the day mostly at the same time. Has called late into the evening too. Blocked straight away!!
Has attempted to call on average every 15 minutes today alone. Won t get past Call Guardian.
