They call and ask you for a one time payment to support a magazine to go into schools regarding bullying. ONCE. ONE TIME ONLY. You do not sign a contract, you do not enter into an agreement. They then persistently call you and ask you for more money as apparently you have entered into a contract. Had them call around midday and it claimed they were following up on the government's free loft insulation. It then started asking questions and I noticed that if I didn't give the 'right' answer it would repeat the question. I think it is a computer-controlled call that responds to replies and from searches it may also be a cloned number. I hung up and call barred them.
