However it was confirmed next day when a call came from a slightly different number, 01614357985. Other sites informed me a large number of people had been called similarly. A woman from this number with a clearly Liverpool, masquerading as a number local to me, has *repeatedly* called me... when I answered this time, she said that her company, CR Assist had tried repeatedly to get hold of me with regards to my accident. I had a call from this number on my mobile during work, so I couldn t answer it. They left an automated message telling me to press 5 and they would send "a pack" or something out to me. After that I did a little online research and apparently it s a social media and marketing company situated in South Africa. No idea how they got my number - especially my mobile phone number, but I ll block them. I don t think it s trustworthy!
