This number was supposed to be a dedicated customer service text service for Flawless Cosmetics. I made an order on 9th Feb 2022,paid by credit card and a couple of days later I received an email to say the order was on its way. Its 4th March and still no product. I just had a call from this number too, claiming to be "D M Experts". The person he asked to speak to, Ben , does not exist on my number or at my address and I have been plagued with calls lately from some company claiming to be something to do with the Office of Fair Trading, who also always asks for Ben , but they have the sense to block their number. The bogus OFT calls are nearly always a barely audible Indian voice, and this call today from "D M Experts" was similar, so wouldn t be surprised if

Recorded msg, ostensibly from BT saying our broadband service would be terminated this afternoon and giving two options to choose: 1. To speak to somebody; 2: to terminate broadband. Voice was female with slightly accented American tone. Checked BT Numbers and they do not appear to include this one. Assume it’s a scam of some sort.
