Immediate update - I got an almost immediate reply to my emails and they say that although this is a one-off £10 charge for a 12-month reminder service for which they make it clear there is a charge (hmmmm) they will process an immediate refund via the Post Office. So easy that one can only infer that they receive many, many requests per day for refunds from people such as me who are totally unaware that they had signed up. Result! I emailed [email protected]
Fraudster, said he was from Talk Talk - just trying to access bank account details. Avoid at all costs.
Sounds like a Call Centre. No response from the caller this time as he will have talked one of the other group of callers he phoned.

Hung up when I asked why they were cold calling a number registered with TPS. Phoned back and they hung up on me again. I have blocked their number.
This number called me multiple times throughout the day when I was busy. When I finally answered, the lady told me that she was calling in regards to a "competition" I had apparently entered. I just hung up cos it was obviously fake
