Old scam - after your data to sell onto other criminals who disregard the law. Just hang up. Good reporting them to the ICO. You don t even need to know their name, just their number. this number is local to me but seems not to be located here. Liverpool accent but National Hearing Clinic does not exist, it seems. Similar claims supposedly based on my industrial history have been used by pseudo-companies in recent years, shown by Google search

James rang me a couple of weeks ago saying we needed to renew our Google Business package with him - thought it was a bit dodgy as we paid a two yr subs with another company a year or so ago. Contacted the bona-fide company and they said its a scam and to prove it to ask him if he knows my Google Business password. Yet to speak to him, so will be doing so!
