My outstanding debt of a few pounds was under review by way of a written complaint to budget insurance, this is their procedure, I received the first reply letter saying the debt was being investigated, in the meantime budget passed the debt to the above collection agency who I have emailed explaining until the full complaint procedure is completed I will not be paying the outstanding amount, still they continue to phone it should be illegal ???

Posing as BT SCAM / SPAM Phone me three times and twice on the second day. Second time I was rude as I had already asked nicely not to phone me. They woke me from a nap as they kept ringing and ringing.. So later he decided to call me back. Talking to me in broken English and saying very indecent sexual things. Been called four times a day for the past three days from yhis number. Every time is a different scam. First they said they were my bank. Second time they were M&S, third they were trying to "make my computer secure" because they could see it had been accessed from Africa. The scams never end. Finally I said "you do know you re ringing a neighbourhood police station don t you?" And the caller hung up and so far hasn t rung back!

Left two messages and asked to speak to a relation that has never lived here. I rang company and they asked if I had the same surname, told them I didn t, they asked if he had ever lived here, then asked for my home phone no. Gave it to her and she said that it had been deleted, I asked if they had my address, lady got very rude and told me not to worry about it anymore and then put the phone down. Why she should be rude to me I don t know. It my address that will have the bad debt attached to it.
