It is in the format of a UK mobile number, but is probably our Indian sub-continent friends making spoof calls. If it is a genuine UK mobile, it could be anywhere in the country.
Fed up with random phone calls, if you pick up the line goes dead. So annoying when you are busy.

Fake Amazon call saying that my account is going to be renewed,
SCAM Claimed to be energy adviser for this post code area, but when questioned could not say what the post code was and (politely) rang off.
Was silent for a couple of seconds and then they hung up.

These are a scam outfit, call centre telling me that someone had ordered an iPhone 13 pro with my Amazon account, that my details had been leaked and they would put me through to Amazon to verify details, I haven’t even got an Amazon account. Beware this is a total scam!!!!

Call this morning to tell me my debit card had been used fraudulently, and could I give details of card so they could block it ! Avoid at all costs !!!
