Then I was asked to press 1 to check the details of the purchase, I did not press any response button, but deleted the message and checked on this facility. Needless to say , I hung up and did a ‘Who called me’ phone number search, which showed it was from the Portsmouth area, I wasn’t aware that AMAZON was based in the UK, let alone Portsmouth.
