No name with number, sounds like robot
BEAWARE! This is a genuine automated call from the Lloyds Banking group asking you to enter a four digit code to authorise online banking. eg. when setting up your mobile app or a new online payment. HOWEVER the scammers are very devious these days and can call you from genuine phone numbers. I know this because this has happened to me. Luckily I was suspicious and was not scammed. Cannot go into details as my comment would be too long!
This number keeps phoning me, had calls in the last week, when I answer, they just laugh. Now reported to the police as harrassment.
Calls from "BT" and "Openreach" are always scams as the real companies will never call you unless you ask then to.
