Answered the phone and received a recorded message saying that our call was being connected, that they knew our call was important and that they knew we were waiting, and then the caller hung up. Almost certainly some form of scam to get people to call the number back.

A "UK Consumers Survey" call, they have my name, and he just carried on (as if really hates his own job) try to verify my personal information which I've then stopped him and he simply hanged up. DO NOT SAY YOU ARE THAT PERSON --- From now on, my first greeting to any caller would be questioning the caller. Now I may get even more spam calls by giving out that they have valid information. I guess it is time to change all my passwords as I have a feeling they are phishing and verifying their target
