SPAM called and just asked can I speak to business owner...I asked which business and HD just said oh wrong number and hung up, been receiving calls from this area for past week!!

Received an unsolicited call from this number. I was invited to either press "1" for the message to be repeated, or "2" to end the call. I do not know the purpose of this call. Was it an attempt to levy a charge for a returned call?
