SCAM - Claims to be from BT OpenReach. States that there are errors happening at my router, impossible - i have Virgin Cable so it doesn't go over BT OpenReach. Also OpenReach wouldn't call me because they are not responsible for routers in houses, this is BT, they and OpenReach are 2 different companies now.
