We are ex-directory and registered with TPS. This number called us at 7.15 a.m today, 7.45a.m and then continually throughout the day.mwe have had to disconnect our land line because of them . They should be sued. We are disgusted by this harassment.

Followed up by wanting to download remote control access programmes on my laptop. I just feigned interest to leave them hanging on as long as possible; whilst they are hanging on waiting for me they aren't scamming somebody else.

They are based on wharf industrial estate in bury, Manchester and Blackburn. The staff who call have no idea, nor choice of who they ring as the system selects a number at random from their data, and only when the line opens do they see your name and address etc. They are legitimate in terms of what they are offering (a free hearing frequency test at your local football club/hotel) however, if you will receive any money should a claim be successful is questionable. They asked when I last made changes and as it is a new account I said I hadn't made changes. They asked how long I have had the account and I said I wasn't comfortable sharing that info. He asked why and I said he was calling from a random number and how do I know who he is. He said "Well I don't know. How DO you know who I am, I am calling from UK Tarrif." I hung up.
