Caller asked for someone else who lives in the house by name - after teh ususal telemarketing pause of silence..... When I explained they were not in and asked if I could take a message, the caller sounded annoyed that the person he called for was not in, and then HE HUNG UP. . Cold caller? Telemarketer? Hope this helps. I sent a letter of complaint to David Rushton the company director who agreed in writing to pay my full deposit back by October. This hasn t happened so I have contacted my credit card company who are working on this. Also you can complain to the legal ombudsmen www.legalombudsman.org.uk or call 0300 555 0333. Good luck!

Cold caller pretending to be from an energy company. These people aren’t genuine and I have no idea what they will do with the information you give them. Please people, never give any details to these scammers.
