An indian woman called me from this number saying she was a BT employee and could see from my account that I have issues with slow internet which I do. She said she needed me to run some diagnostics from my computer to check the issue my end. At this stage I felt it might be a scam so asked if I could have a number to contact her to validate that she was a BT employee. At that point she put the phone now on me.

There new one is that Nexbridge have brought numbers in my local area 01788 241684, no message left, crappy music and no answer on calling back, I am very angry as my daughter is ill and so I might get a call from a local number. Scam call claiming to be Openreach and saying broadband frequency being changed, needed me to go to my computer so that they could guide me through set-up. I hung up. Number rang again this morning but I didn t answer.

He told me he had received my file, and that I had some unsecured debts...I said OK. He asked me to confirm how much my unsecured debts are, I said you should know, you have my file. He then said your file says you have in the region of £5000 of debt is that correct. I said no and you have called me before and I ve asked you to stop- then he hung up...very rude!
