How do these people have personal details about me, I have never ticked any box or opted into any data sharing. How is it that I cannot ring them back. Anybody getting calls from this number should report to police and trading standards, but also file a complaint with ICO and TPS, they prey on vulnerable people so if you really need to see someone about face to face I suggest discussing all the details with the citizens advice bureaux. It's a 100% scam, very similar to binary trading options and other trading market platforms, on this particular occasion these scammers claim in their video no money is required to start using the scheme and a promised payo

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 7098710xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with silent calls/testing robocalls, PPI - insurance marketing calls and energy companies offers - wide scope call centre. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
