Silent then a ringing out tone. Not the first time. This number 0141 280 0253 called at 12.16 hours on 21st March 2016. Classic nuisance call.

SCAM. Knew that I lived outside the UK, had my name and had my foreign mobile number. Called to say that they were helping Brits who lived outside the UK who may have been mis-sold financial products. I told them my partner worked for the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) and the guy laughed and said "ah, probably not for you then". Polite enough but clearly the new type of "have you been mis-sold PPI" calls. Potentially a scam.
Miss called about 6 times in a weekend.

Called six times now in the space of an hour, I can hear the chaos of a call centre in the background but the caller doesn’t speak, call terminates at their end after about ten seconds. Annoyance blocked.
