You will only be called by this number if you have a Captial One credit card. It is there collections department. People rating this 9 are bad debtors and leaving poisoned reviews. I m rating 3 as even though they are a legitimilate caller, the volume of their calls can be tedious. To stop calls from this number, pay your bill on time.

Scam call claiming to be Openreach and saying broadband frequency being changed, needed me to go to my computer so that they could guide me through set-up. I hung up. Number rang again this morning but I didn t answer.

Old scam - after your data to sell onto other criminals who disregard the law. Just hang up. Good reporting them to the ICO. You don t even need to know their name, just their number. Telemarketing company selling Life insurance. I was ignored when i advised i was at work. I was ignored when I said I didn t want the product. I was ignored when i requested to be taken off their call list. I was ignored when i said a had multiple health issues so cover would be worthless. SERIOUSLY even admitted it may be useless, then get off my phone .....

Rang my house saying they calling from frontline servers. The Indian sounding caller told me my name, phone number & address and asked me to confirm if they re correct. I asked who am I confirming it with and why do they need to know and he said I just need a yes or no he s from frontline savers and they are just doing a telephone verification. I said no and hungup

Co-Op fraud team - legitimate call. If in doubt, call customer services from the number on their website and ask to be put through.

This number is ao.com. They ring it when you ve placed an order in the pretence of confirming delivery details etc. In fact, their sole purpose is to sell you their costly insurance cover for the items you ve bought. No new information re delivery details is provided, they just repeat your order details. These are unsolicited scripted insurance sales calls and as such a form of harassment. They don t leave a message when they ring so that you ring back and incur the cost of the call. Very shoddy behaviour.

Asking to complete a "lifestyle survey", pressed the issue when I said I did not have time. Further pressed the issue when I said I was at work, nuisance call.
