Has rung 3 times in two days. First time I was out, 2nd I was busy and let answerphone take it - they rang off as soon as my OGM started playing. Rang it back at midnight last night and got a meaningless 'Your call is really important to us' message. Told my blocker to block future calls - it intercepted another this morning.

Received a call from this number, no one answered then realised it might of been a scam so blocked the number
I took a survey on insurances a couple of days back resulting in various calles from different insurance companies. made the insurance deal with someone else, however, and told premium genie to remove me from that list of theirs... hope that ll work
asked about a industrial incident, I asked which one, he said the cement mixer, I stopped him and said not me - he then said "well someone s put skittle in the mixer and its gone crazy" I laughed my head off and put the phone down. Quite funny, but now blocked!!

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 17089074xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI, Accident claims, insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?
