SCAM I was called from this number and told they were B.T engineers, and after keeping the Asian person on the line through broken English I was transferred to a total of 4 different people, all sounding of Asian orientation India I think. Finally, I was asked to go to the google play store and download ANYDESK and install it.I got a bit fed up with the call then and told them it's a scam and I wasn't even on the internet and hung up. but Anydesk would have allowed the people to (take over ) my device.

Silence when answering the phone. Happened twice today. Try calling the number back and it rings then just cuts off.

Usual "I am from BT about problemes with your internet" I was busy and told him he was lying and asked for his BT employee number and he stated to give me a niumber. I told him he was lying and hung up. 3rd spam call today from three different numbers and it is only 1pm.
Had 2 calls in short succession, didn’t answer them. Called it back and got automated number not recognised response. Seems suspicious to me.
Michael from Windows Customer Service (having an asian accent) called to say that someone from foreign countries are using my computer to send emails in which I ask for money. I found this suspicious as my computer in brand new, purchased last month and has original Windows. Also, Windows don't know my mobile number. I thanked him for calling and said that my husband works in IT and he will look into this and said good bye. He hung up before I could finish. It is a very original scam, not the usual PPI, but
