rang me to today trying to get me to change my broadband

Asian accented woman telling me that my BT Wifi had been hacked - couldn t give me my account number or type of broadband account. Told me I would be disconnected unless she helped me so I put phone down

Called today - company name given as ITC. Indian voice on phone - my husband hung up on them. We're TPS registered.

Automatic answer machine message stated it was from AMAZON PRIME and they were about to bill me for an account I did not open... the number is a Spam Call - 01497 134696

This number phoned me. I rather they did not!!

Wanted to talk to the phone bill payer and thought this was a home number. When advised it was a business they politely disengaged.

HYC Manchester. I was a little bored so gave them a fictitious name, a real address, loads of BS about Credit Cards I got; even telling him I d had refunds and my 8% interest too, but he insisted I was still entitled to more. Told me it was no win, no fee but if they did get anything then they got 30% plus VAT; that s 1/3 of the claim. So he took all my details and then passed me through to a colleague who then went through all the same questions again to confirm the details and that I was to sign the forms
