This is a scam caller, pretending to be from O2. - They tell you that they have sent two texts and can they have the code. When you read the texts they are from O2. It says that if someone calls and asks for this code THEY DO NOT WORK FOR O2. Avoid at all costs.

A scammer with a pakistani accent who called himself 'Mike'. Wanted to 'help fix' my windows computer.
Said they were Virgin ringing about technical issue. We have no issue and have had other calls with this fake issue this year
