Cardiff based company didn t leave a message assume it s ppi or that accident I supposedly had in my imaginary car! wish there was a way to stop them or sue the companies that sell on our phone numbers.

Pretended they knew who I was and that they had a PPI payment for me if I would just confirm my details. Needless to say they hadn t and I didn t. They didn t even know my name.

Call from a welsh lady claiming I had been referred , despite not knowing my name and giving a former address. I said I’m not interested in saving on gas as we don’t have it, she then asked for me to confirm my details so she could check, I refused and asked if she was calling me a liar . To which she replied , well most of you lot are... amazed at this woman’s sheer inability to grasp simple concepts I asked she remove me from the mailing list, she laughed (more like a cackle ) and said “no don’t think so

Rang saying I d won the euromillions and they would be transferring the money into my bank within the next hour bit worrying that they could ring up a vulnerable person who may fall for it.

I skyped back a couple of times to try to hear the company name with which they introduce themselves. They change it each time but it includes the phrase "computer security" after a garbled name. They no longer answer - just call centre sounds in the background. I don t think they like to receive repetetive silent calls. Isn t that sad?

Nuisance calling in regards to industrial accidents

woman called me from this number asking me to confirm if i d had an accident with the last 2 years .. its a cold caller .. ive reported them to the TPS as my phone is registered there for spam calls.

Number actually shows as 0019798234079 on caller ID but this site seems to drop the 00. This is a Windows security scam where they tell you that you have viruses on your PC and they can fix them for you. Didn t go along with it today and said to them that I suppose they were going to show me errors and warnings in my Windows event logs and they just hung up without any further comment. Hopefully they will remove me from their database if they realise I m too Windows savvy to ever fall for this.
