They verified my details, knew my name and every handset/plan I already had, and after a brief chat, concluded that I didnt need anything. I get these kind of calls 1-2 a year. They are a telesales company likely working with EE. There is a lot of negative comments, but this is the way the capitalist world you live in works. I received a call from Motorpal today Telephone number 029 2036 4211 , they wanted me to pay £1 for vouchers to be sent then alarm bells rang so I did some checking and found this site. I have asked them to call back tomorrow as I said I did not have my card to hand lol. I will be giving the details of the caller to the fraud squad tomorrow and contacting my local MP after the general election . caller didnt announce himself, just asked me to confirm personal details but when i asked, he claimed to be from "the nationwide". He had my name, phone number and postcode. He wanted me to confirm my age but as soon as i asked him further questions he hung up and ended the call. This was obviously not a legitimate call from the nationwide building society.

Thus nunber has called twice now, hangs up after call answered, harassment.

This number called me just now 0151 375 8825 saying they wanted to know I was happy with work that I had, had done on my car recently. Total rubbish nuisance call. Now blocked, after telling them to take my name and number of the system.

Trying to sell me something. I hung up on them. Very annoying. Do they have nothing else better to do with their time.
