This is a scam, the person pretends to be from Microsoft, tries to takeover your computer, then asks for a ransom payment to recover computer.
Fraud re. electricity bill, pretending they are your supplier.

Rang me 3 times on 9th July, don't know anyone from Bournemouth. Was expecting a phone call that day however last time I was rang from a different number. Not sure who it is or what they want

Tried to say they were from a solicitor and were ringing me cos I was irresponsible in loans.They rang over 10 times yesterday and kept hanging up when I answered.Today they said this.I laughed and told them they were ridiculous.
