Call center: Lady saying she wanted to ask questions about my general household. The line was awful and I couldn't understand what she was asking me. I believe she may have said something about my washing machine, but can't be 100% certain. I put the phone down as she was too hard to understand and the line was very quiet.

Advises that you have been experiencing problems with your broadband service, and in order to correct the problem, you must press number 1 (one) on your phone keypad to speak to their “executive”. Call received on Tuesday 25 August 2020 at 13:05.

has called every day at 10am for the last few weeks.They keep asking to speak to someone who does not live here, i have told them, and each time they have become defensive and aggressive. i have asked them to remove my number but they say no, they want to ask me questions. i have repeatedly said no and to remove my number, they responded no, they won't remove my number and will keep calling until i answer their questions. They say they are calling from Time Living - (or something similar?)

SCAM. Asian/Indian sounding voice but no indication of what they were calling about or from where. Just asking to speak to someone and when told person was not on this line they rang off.

SCAM This number texted me today 14/10/2020 saying there was a problem with my payment and the asked me to contact an internet address.................I was suspicious so I rang my provider who confirmed it was a scam and just to delete it. As above they phone me same time every night and when I answer they either hang up or start on about help with your debts this company then ask for so much money off you I my answer to them is usually unrepeatable but what I have noticed the number has slightly changed but is still a Dumfries number
