The robot voice pretending Amazon have charged you about £90 because your Amazon Prime subscription allegedly expired. Blocked it.
Scam call claiming to be 'bank security' asking for confirmation of recent payments to Amazon (£300) and a four figure sum sent overseas. Recorded message, no identification asked for or given. Press 1 to cancel, 2 for further details. Replaced the receiver.
This number called today it was an automated voice saying my Amazon Prime subscription had expired and i had been charged £95 it said to press 1 or 2 as i do not have a prime account i knew it was a scam.
Didnt answer the call - went to voicemail. In the voicemail claimed to be "Cam" working for Halifax as a 'Mortgage and Protection Advisor' and for me to call her back on 07767 233 903 - which appears to be a mobile number!!! Didnt respond as seemed very suspicious - wasnt expecting a call. I do no use any of the services which she claimed that I might need help with! No info on Google. Reported - Action Fraud. No bank would ever ask to return a call to a mobile number.
Rang at 1612, on a landline I have never used, rang out. I did 1471 to get number WGC as others, dead line when I called number, just ignore and block.

Not a recognised number, I left it to go to voicemail and what I heard sounded like someone that had butt dialed my number, as it was faint and like people having a conversation in the background, rather than leaving me a message. Can only describe this as an unsolicited call to my mobile from a person of ethnic decent in a call centre.Asked for me by name new about a previous accident last November also about outstanding issue.Claimed to be from ABI about how my Insurance company delt with the accident. Given short shift from me..Will be making enquiries as to how they have my details.
