This is one of several telephone numbers this company (DCS?) use. They call saying that the file from a recent accident (and they know some of the details) has been passed to them to make a personal injury claim. I rang our insurance company following the call and they had no idea of this. Then when the person called me back (you can't call them back - the line is blocked) they became extremely aggressive and rude and putting significant pressure on

Had a call at 12 noon, foreign voice asked for me by name, would not tell me who was calling. He said he needed a few details. Before he could say anymore I asked where he got my phone number from. Wednesday, 02 January 2013, 13:41, 01 613 540 614. Recorded message, clear ?English? male voice, claiming we had submitted an accident claim. Very similar to a call received in December 2012; on that occasion, asked me to press various buttons depending on the nature of my alleged problem. This time I hung up to dial 1471 but the call was still running. Eventually able to get their number.
