I ve had this number call me several times over the past few weeks. Normally I hang up just as the message begins. This time I waited until the end of the message, when the it suggests that you can Press 9 to request they don t call again. I pressed 9 and the line went dead. It ll be interesting to see if they stop calling me. If they don t stop, I ll write to OFCOM, and copy a letter to the police and to my local MP, who just happens to be David Cameron. Sick of it
Call claimed to be from Vodafone retentions department promising me a 40% discount, asked me a bunch of security questions and then asked me to read him the code from a password reset email that he had triggered on my Vodafone account. This apparently would enable him to send me the priority app so I could access 5G calls and VIP features. Alarm bells at this point. I said I'd call him back then checked with Vodafone. They confirmed that this is not a number they use and not to give out any information. SC
