SCAM Badly typed WhatsApp message from someone claiming to be Megan from Impellam Employmnet Group, asking if 'she' could provide information about a job offer. I am not looking for a job and have never had any contact with the real Impellam. The information on this page that the number is located in Kazakhstan is also suspicious, since Impellam does not appear to have an office in Kazakhstan. Didn't reply, reported and blocked number, Suggest others do the same.

This company claims to be an Escrow service provider. IT IS NOT - check out the registration numbers with HMRC, FCA and Companies House. The “parent” has been dormant since 2019. Do a Whois lookup of the domain name - you will probably see that the website went live in the last few days / weeks

I asked who they represent and she said they work with a number of companies. I asked what her organisation was and she told me she'd get a manager to ring back in the next half hour. I have received a call from this number a recorded message claiming to be the HMRC threatening to take action against me. There was an option to stay on the line and speak to an operator. Obviously I didn't. When tried to call back, receiver ended the call back.

Phoned at 05.40 am! As soon as I picked up it went to “voice mail” with a recorded message saying the mail box was full. Very American/Canadian sounding voice on voice mail message. So far, nothing else other than inconvenience!
Unknown number & I don’t answer unknown numbers, nor do I answer from numbers not in my contacts… Can find no information on this number so will have assume a call centre/telemarketing based in Manchester, I don’t know anybody in Manchester either….

Received an email from ' PAYPAL' about a fruadulent activity of £899.99 I contacted the above number and they sent me a 6 digit security number to my mobile and also told me my last 4 digits on my card !!! All seemed very legit..........UNTIL he told me he needed my full card number to put a stop on a further 12 transactions !!! I rejected his request which he seemed to start getting annoyed and agitated !! THIS SEEMS A VERY PROFESSIONAL SCAM DO NOT REPLY TO THEM .

Like other reviews I received text message at 4.28am (very strange), supposedly from Apple stating: "We've noticed a transaction that seems unusual , therefore we've had to place a hold on your wallet features. Kindly visit EnableYourIDUser.com to see more information on how to continue using your apple wallet." Fraud Automated voice claiming to be HMRC and stating there is a letter of legal action incoming, asked me to follow instructions to speak to an agent, I hung up. As far as I know HMRC wont call you for any issues, they will contact you by post only.
Definite scam. I looked up Starpro - Aberdeen. They call off different numbers all based in Aberdeen and there's loads of people stating that they were scam artists trying to claim to be a phone company and asking for details.
