Calling that 0800 number says they are Stellar a partner of BT, and to call BT on 0800 028 2272. Don t bother if you aren t on BT. They ll tell you "you aren t on BT, we have no record of you!". Recorded message saying they were returning my call request and to press 1 if I was available to take the call. I hung up as I ve made no such request because I don t have any dealings with them.
