Had the same experience as the previous review. Spoke to representative who advised me my computer had been compromised. I asked him for my IP address and he gave me a made up one. Total scam

Constantly briefly rings without waiting. Presumably hopes for expensive recall.

My advice is to block this EXACT number on your Device. It belongs to a Company calling themselves the "Financial Claims Company" or "FCC". They phone you up...

This is the UK version of a scam running amok in the US. The supposed company, microsoftechs.com, contacts people and claims there is an issue with their computer. The claim to be partnered with Microsoft and gain confidence with all the classic scam talk. Calling me while I am abroad means I pay a reception charge which is totally unfair. its the usual an automated service regarding some insurance or such. i wish i could block it, called me about 5 times now and when i dont hear phone it goes to voicemail and i get charged. no morals.
