Apparently it is his job to get PPI papers to me and just needed to check my address, which he had (!!), needed my D.O.B. which he didn't get. Says I made an online application, which I haven't. Wasted 13 mins of his time fencing with him. Rang the number back they are Assist Financial Management but all you get is music & a muppet voice telling me how my call is very important to them and to stay on the line. Had the same message on Friday, they wanted £300 then £200 for a quick fix, then £90 for a one off service. Turned the computer off and everything is fine now, Ignore the message and disconnect your computer.
