This number called today...guy was very vague and asked many repetitive questions. He went onto ask for passwords...my wife got on her phone and called the number back off her phone. Was put through to Santander (genuine as it sounded like they usual call centre) Turned out to be fraudulent and they were trying to scam £300 from the account. Do not give passwords out...maybe should have told the guy the password was ‘doyouthinkimamug’ be careful !!

While I was explaining our usual payment procedure he put the phone down on me. Never ending callers from Asian call centres wanting to speak to the owner of the business. When I answrred the call from the Aberdeen UK number and heard the chater in the background I actually pre-empted them by saying "Do you want to speak to the owner of the business?" He waited until i stopped talking and said "Hi There, can i speak to the owner of the business please?" FFS!!!
