However did not seem to have any idea about this size of the house or the amount of work involved. When I asked which days they could make a long list was reeled off... and yet the discount is because they are in the area.

Two calls today, both with Asian sounding operators claiming to be from BT. They are not. Don't give these scammers anything, not even the time of day. OFCOM, are you listening? You need to do something about these cold callers. They have obviously found a way to use a geographic number which are not automatically blocked by most cold call prevention measures.

0345 351 0192 called me twice at 08.50 and 09.00 hours. I answered the second call and got a recorded message (which gave my first name wrong, called me Michaela not Nicola!). Saying they were Lloyd’s Bank and inviting me to press any button to speak to someone about fraud on my account. I DO NOT HAVE A LLOYDS ACCOUNT!
