My aged mother in law had a call from them saying they wanted to renew her prevention of nuisance calls. She asked me to speak to them as she could not clearly hear them. They said she had previously had this service and it had expired. This number belongs to PayStream. They are a company who provide payroll and accountancy services to contract workers (like me) and I am one of their customers. They called me on a matter relating to my account with them, so this was in no way a nuisance call to me. I can't guarantee they don't use it to cold call people who aren't customers, but either way they are definitely a genuine business and provide a useful service.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 13150703xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with investment, shares, online marketing, but also boiler replacement. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
