Came home to an automated message on my answerphone claiming I had failed to pay a court order and bailiffs were on their way. No name and when I called the company they said they had no record of the account no they had left in the message and no record of my phone no. Have had 4-5 calls from this number today. Finally answered & a lady called Lisa, was telling me that as I had never made a call out on my sky protection I was eligible for a saving to become a platinum Customer & Pay £150 for 3 years of protection instead of what I m currently paying. Very suspicious. Claim to be a service stopping nuisance calls. Ask to confirm all sorts of information, staring with public stuff (address, telephone) progressing to private stuff like expiry date of credit card!
