I am also with TPS (not that it is worth it) - had the same scenario but numbers was 08443760139 so obviously are changing numbers to confuse us.

Automated call from “my internet service provider” stating that illegal activity has been detected on my account and my service would be disconnected within 24-48 hours….Then gave me a load of options…press 1, press 2…etc presumably to get me to speak to someone so that they could access money in some form or other. Dee, it's just a Glasgow number - 0141 280 0071 - or at least, made to look like a Glasgow number.
Wasn’t rude but explaned I don’t have any debt and it’s a mid trace they then said they will be in contact told them not to or I’ll invoice them my hourly charge of £100
