Call center -operative claimed to be from Virgin Media Technical Services; said he needed me o take my (landline phone) into the room with the computer, then turn it on, so he could do something to my router, to "give me the speed [I] was paying for". I've had at least four calls from these guys (with heavy Asian accents, to the point of not being able to be understood); it is the same script, but the calls have come from a number of different phone numbers in the West Midlands. Who knows

Usual pension related stuff. Relentless in calling mobile and office numbers. Damn annoying! Still call after asking to be removed from their list.

I always get a call from this type of numbers where a machine will be talking rather than a being. It disturbs me a lot.
Had a call from a Wayne (over friendly in my opinion) about 4 items purchased prior to Christmas and asking if I d had to return any of the said items, then went on to talk about monthly payments and how I m now in control of what and when I pay. I told him two of the items had been paid for outright. All this information would be on my account, right?The call doesn t sit right with me so will be contacting the company about this call.

After speaking to O2 previously, they informed me that the number did not belong to O2; and because of this, I decided to do a little digging. SCAM "Angel" from "PAYE" called claiming to be calling from Buchannan in London. Freaked out when I asked if they were calling from Malaysia or Singapore.

I paid to advertise with this company they never printed my advertisement and kept my money I spoke to the telesales agent Calum Mackintosh who cold called me and he assured me I would get a refund from the MD Mathew Walker if I called back later.
