Type of call is fraud . I am getting texts from Barclays Bank telling me I ve done something with my account and if I don t agree then I am to call 03332001014. I guess it s a premium rate number and if I did call it regarding a text from my bank would they then proceed to try and get my bank details. I haven t called it of course but wanted to share the fact that this number is being used in a scam!

They verified my details, knew my name and every handset/plan I already had, and after a brief chat, concluded that I didnt need anything. I get these kind of calls 1-2 a year. They are a telesales company likely working with EE. There is a lot of negative comments, but this is the way the capitalist world you live in works. Accept you will get these calls, people trying to sell your something.

Told me she was calling about my car accident. Replied that I wasnt involved in one but she persisted in asking me when my accident took place. Time wasters.

Was a call center with a whole host of background noise of other people talking on other phones. Said I couldn t hear what they were saying twice and then they just hung up.

When I answer this call there is a long silence then a female voice says"goodbye" nothing else.

I received a call from Motorpal today Telephone number 029 2036 4211 , they wanted me to pay £1 for vouchers to be sent then alarm bells rang so I did some checking and found this site. I have asked them to call back tomorrow as I said I did not have my card to hand lol. I will be giving the details of the caller to the fraud squad tomorrow and contacting my local MP after the general election . had exactly the same call threatening legal action... when i called back I was asked for my name and national insurance number....just hung up!

Indian guy said he was from a debt management company and could clear 85% of my debt in 12 months. When I said I didn t have any debt he said "fuck you then " I said pardon, he again said "fuck You ".

Got a text supposedly from HMRC from this number

Telemarketing company selling Life insurance. I was ignored when i advised i was at work. I was ignored when I said I didn t want the product. I was ignored when i requested to be taken off their call list. I was ignored when i said a had multiple health issues so cover would be worthless. SERIOUSLY even admitted it may be useless, then get off my phone .....

Calls several times everyday asking about "my account". They have my name wrong. I have no account. I have no debts with anyone. I do not need any credit as I have cash savings of over £500k and a share portfolio worth £400k

This company?s number shows up on caller ID but when you call back it says number not recognised. When I did answer to them they said they were checking that we were not getting any nuisance calls, I said we were not until they called and then they hung up.
