I spent some time trying to get to the root of their persistent calls. They were owned by RBS but were sold to private equity = no morals and must now be using cheap call lists. These muppets are regulated by the FCA (see their website) and complaints may be made to them as well as the ICO / TPS etc. as they take misbehaviour by financial sector businesses very seriously nowadays. Highly likely a scam.....apparently I've just be billed £399 for an iPhone 7 on Amazon ! Haven't got Amazon anyway. I didn't listen to the rest of this concocted drivel and just hung up. I suspect they'd ask you to press a button and my telephone would be billed for the privalege.
