When you call back just get an automated american accented on hold "your call is important to us please hold and an agent will be with you shortly" call never gets picked up as after 2-3 minutes it says goodbye and hangs up. They didn't know my name , address or postcode. I told them i'd check my banking app as it shows transactions immediately. The caller said they won't show up , which is why they were calling. I said i'd check anyway. They hung up. Always check first
