Called 1705 29May19. Also called previous day after I hung up on them having made payment to them for outstanding HMRC amount. They were prattling on about keeping their system up to date and expected me to hold while they did so. Not my problem. I had made the payment - end of.
NEVER call these numbers back. You could get caught for a large call charge in some circumstances!
