Only know the number because I was randomly charged ?99.99 !! Which is the first random I ve ever encountered while Internet /phone shopping I did receive a random info booklet on holidays a few months / lots of weeks before anyway this number was attached to the payment from my account the only thing I can suggest is to report the company to whomever and to contact your bank stating that a fraudulent company has your card details if you do recieve a catalog from them. Keeps calling my number but usually no one is there when I answer. Just a long period of silence and then the call is ended. Very annoying and probably upsetting for some people. I have had calls from this number, after a long conversation regarding data protection, I confirmed my address to discover it was for my previous address. The debt was from several years back that I thought was paid. This is not a scam, but people who are doing a job to get debt paid. Just got a call from this number. The caller siad he was from the Call Blocking Service and claimed that they will stop the nuiscance calls you receive - for just ?40! I heard of this kind of scam before and ironically enough I m already registered with TPS - which is free, by the way.
