Indian chap, allegedly from Carphone Warehouse. Said I could have a 5g phone with 80Gb of data, etc., for £7 a month. Sounded too good to be true, which means it probably is, so I passed. He then complained that I had wasted his time! I guess his next move would have been to ask for my bank details! Avoid!

Fraud. callersaid he wS from HAART Estate agent and my property had been on market to sell !! Not True! Have owned my property for x17 years and NEVER PUT IT IN MARKET TO SELL!! HE THEN SAID OH THIS IS WHY IM CALLING YOU AS I wanted to know if you'd like to sell it!!! I told him I have never put it on market, DO NOT WANT to sell it and to remove my details from hiis database! Clearly a SCAM . NOT EVEN HAARTS PROPERTY TELEPHONE NUMBER!

Claims to be from Virgin Media asking for outstanding bill. Checked with Virgin. It is a con.

This number is a scam. Do not confirm any details, do not enter into conversation and immediately hang up or even better, do not answer.

This call was a scam. Do not respond to it.

Suspected scam, mis-spells Royalmail.uk using a 'capital' R. If clicked, goes to royalmail.track-me.link, which then asks for £2.99 to 'proceed the shipment towards your address'. Then asks to 'Book a Redelivery' (redelivery? Haven't tried once yet!) which will almost certainly ask for card details for payment. OBVIOUS SCAM. IGNORE!!!!

Claimed to be calling from "credit investigation unit" and government had shortlisted me to write off 90% of my debt. I got him to stop, then said I was recording the call and began quizzing him. The story he spun twisted and flipped, wouldn't answer how/why the government knows what my credit status is, or who compiles the shortlist, or where his employer got it. I repeated that I was recording the call and suggested it was a scam. He swore and cut off the call.

SCAM Text message: "????????????????: Your parcel has a £1.45 ???????????????????????????????? fee, to ???????????? this now visit: myevri-reshipment-fees.com. ???????????????????????????? will result in your ???????????????????????? being ???????????????????????????????? to sender. " I clicked the link anyway and the browser blocked it saying it was unsafe. Are the Russians trying to scam us now?

Called about 20 times from 8am on a Sunday morning to around 9am on the Monday morning. BT Call Guardian took care of it as the spammers/scammers will never bother to 'announce' themselves... they can't when they're using autodiallers to try and connect to as many number as possible. Add this number to your block lists

Some one called on my partner's mobile phone - a number that she shares very rarely if not at all. Toby, the caller, announced that my partner had won the lottery, to which she responded, "Oh, really? Do you want my banking details?" At which point 'Toby' hung up. It is interesting to note that we are currently job-hunting and one of the people that responded to that, on my partner's email, goes by the same name, representing am employment agency. SCAM. I got a very convincing text from this number but it is 100% a scam. The text said ‘ We attempted to deliver your EVRI parcel TZXXDA0732617072 today but no one was home. To avoid your parcel being returned visit: https://evri-parcelsecure.com’. The text was sent at 4am though so there was no way it was legit/they had tried to deliver that day. The link looks legit too but asks you to pay a redelivery fee.
